Great representative (Mark Carlson) – he explained everything he did and talked in terms I could understand. Best part – my unit is working excellent and the price was very fair. Noble Air tech did what was expected and did what he could. . I appreciate the fact that he realized unit was very old and that only replacing parts was a temporary fix but he did what he was allowed to do and he did his best…I would recommend Noble Air to anyone…

Everything was excellent. Humberto was very friendly and thorough. Wish York was better at fulfilling the refrigerant as to us that was pat of the coil covered under warranty.It needs the coolant to operate!You did good, wish York would do as good.Hope Chad has better luck with York to refund the cost of the coolant.:)
